Louis Charlton

Louis is Head of Finance at Hypha, where he oversees financial management, fund operations and investor reporting.

He joined from Asper Investment Management, where he was responsible for the financial control of multi-jurisdictional and complex fund structures across the UK and Europe.

Prior to his five years at Asper, Louis began his career at BDO, qualifying as an ACA in the financial services audit practice. He is known for his calm, detail-driven approach to building robust financial infrastructure that supports long-term growth.
